Naima Alexander is a Physician Assistant with experience in both surgical and outpatient urology. Originally from Bangladesh, she moved to the United States at the age of ten and went on to graduate cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from The City College of New York. She later earned her Physician Assistant degree from CUNY York College.
Ms. Alexander began her career as a surgical Physician Assistant at Coney Island Hospital, where she worked in the Department of Urology and developed extensive experience in surgical care. She later joined the outpatient urology practice at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, where she assisted with a variety of ambulatory surgical and non-surgical procedures while providing comprehensive care to patients with urologic conditions.
In addition to her clinical work, Ms. Alexander is actively involved in the urology community and serves as an Advanced Practice Provider board member with the American Urological Association (AUA). Her combination of surgical experience, outpatient expertise, and professional involvement reflects her commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered urologic care.
