Dr. Gurmukh Sadarangani is a board-certified radiation oncologist with extensive experience in the field of oncology. He practices at Advanced Radiation Centers of New York (ARC), providing expert care to patients in the Bronx East, Bronx West, Hartsdale, and West Nyack offices.

Dr. Sadarangani completed his medical education at Seth G.S. Medical School in Mumbai, India, earning his M.B., B.S. degree in 1978. He then completed an internship at King Edward Memorial Hospital in Mumbai. He pursued his residency in Radiation Oncology at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY, where he also served as Chief Resident.

Throughout his career, Dr. Sadarangani has held several esteemed positions, including Director of Radiation Oncology at Cabrini Medical Center in New York City, where he also taught rotating medical students, medical residents and medical oncology fellows. He is affiliated with Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center and Westchester Medical Center.

Dr. Sadarangani specializes in the treatment of prostate, head and neck, and breast cancers. His areas of interest include prostate seed implantation, 3-D conformal treatment, Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT), and body radiosurgery.

Fluent in both English and Hindi, Dr. Sadarangani is able to effectively communicate with a diverse patient population, ensuring that each individual receives the highest level of personalized care.
